Cleaning comes once a week to maintain the flat. Still, it is your responsibility to wash your dishes, take out the trash, keep the common areas clean…

We are GREEN and SUSTAINABLE

We separate the trash and we try to use electricity and water in a responsible way: turning off the lights, using the clothesline instead of the dryer…

We care about our COMMUNITY

We ask to keep your voices and music down during weekdays. Small gatherings during weekends are permitted until 1:00 am (just please keep your volume down).

We care about your SAFETY

In order for you to feel safe each room’s entrance door has a key lock. Still, it is your responsibility to lock your room as well as the apartment’s main door every time you leave the flat.
